Bihar-born Mukesh Kumar moved to Bengal in 2014 and made his first-class debut a year later with a four-for. Known for his swing and skiddy bowling, Mukesh made his all-format debut for India within two weeks during the Carribean Tour in 2023. He’s been a part of Delhi Capitals since IPL 2023 and produced an impactful 2024 season with 17 wickets in 10 games. DC acquired his services back for INR 8 Crore using RTM at the 2025 TATA IPL Auction.
